Last February, Shelly Ehler appeared on ABC’s “Shark Tank” with her poncho-like towels called ShowNo. Lori Greiner, a multimillionaire investor on the show, offered Ehler $75,000 for a 25 percent stake in ShowNo. Greiner actually wrote out a check on the spot which Ehler accepted.

ShowNo towels biggest accomplishment to date is getting on the shelves at Walt Disney World’s two water parks in Orlando, Fla. – Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Disney’s Blizzard Beach.

Her website had a million page views the day after the show aired. She has sold more towels in the last three months than in the last two years, she said. The towels are also selling at Legoland, Six Flags Magic Mountain’s water parks, Raging Waters and some parks in Texas and Tennesee.

Once again an inventor’s presence on “Shark Tank” has led to amazing success. There is no limit to the amount of sales that can be generated from exposure on the show. If you or anyone you know need help with their invention, please contact us at New Product Consulting.
