GET ON THE SHELF
The Get on the Shelf Contest by Walmart is in its second year. Inventors and small business are given the opportunities to have their product seen and voted on by other Walmart customers. A few will be given the chance to sell their products at Walmart.com and the winner will also receive marketing help.
New submissions are ending July 31, 2013 at 11:59PM EDT which is only a week away. Last year, more than 4,000 inventors, entrepreneurs and small businesses entered the contest with video submissions for products ranging from household wares and children’s toys to organic food and green items. Over one million votes were cast by the public.
