Maddie Bradshaw, president and creator of M3 Girl Designs is a millionaire and she is only 15 years old.  She appeared on “Shark Tank” with Margot, her vice president and 11 year old sister and their mother Diane. Maddie asked the “Sharks” for $300k and a 15% stake in her company which she started when she was only 10 years old.

M3 Girl Designs is a jewelry design company with 5 million in sales. It all started when Maddie wanted to decorate her locker with magnets but couldn’t find a product out there. She fixed the problem by decorating old bottle caps into jewelry with a magnet on the back. Snap Caps was born.

Once Snap Caps were selling like hot cakes, Maddie and her mom created ‘Spark of Life’ necklaces and stackable bracelets for older girls. By the end of Maddie’s pitch, 4 out of 5 “Sharks” had offers on the table including Kevin O’Leary, Robert Herjavec, Laurie Greiner and Mark Cuban. Laurie even offered to become Maddie’s personal mentor.

In the end, Maddie made a shocking decision to cut Kevin O’Leary, “Mr. Wonderful” out of the deal. She then asked Mark, Robert and Laurie if they would team up with her and 3M Girl Designs which they all agreed.

Maddie also wrote a book for other kids to start their own companies.  At just 15 years old, she has a very promising future in the business world which all started with one simple bottle cap invention.
